depends on where you're buying, my dad's renting a house in punggol and there the rent is like 3k or 4k so yeah

Thank goodness there’s HDB for locals where 4 bed room apartments go for $300, 000. What’s more HDB apartments look nicer than condos nowadays. Haha. Can’t imagine how foreigners having to forever rent in SG where rent is just going up n up n up 😮 pay increments just go to rent increments 😢

With a baby in tow 😢 babies are tiny but their things take whole lot of space 😤 come off to North America .. lots of space however terrible weather (in most places except the south)

I paid 750sgd 10 years ago for a single room in a home shared by 5 people... So yeah the prices haven't gone up by that much
