Those meters are ripping people off. They should get together get a lawyer and sue them. They are never right.

We have had inconsistent paper billing since the new year. More like since the switch to 4 g.
We finally got a bill for $4, 500! We have no 220 volt appliances or anyting bills normally around $100 a month. Call customer service for consumers and they try to gaslight you into believing that you actually use this much electricity. Monopoly rip off company.

Yes and if you call Consumers with a problem you get someone working out of their home answering the phone and they end up trying to answer your question using their computer. Takes forever!

Consumers did 3 meter reads in one week then didn’t know how to read my meters since I had two and always had two.. plus they were trying to read my meter from the other side of a 6 foot fence. Can’t get a good red thru the damn fence.. idiots
