Neo realized, that there isn’t anybody inside the body! Human body is part of the matrix! Human face is a hyper realistic mask!

In The Matrix, at 0:38:13, Morpheus says to Neo “where we broadcast our pirate signal and hack into the matrix.” If you could discuss the significance of that overlooked line, it would be great. Also, now that Resurrections in coming, is it worth revisiting the Oracle’s Prophecy?

When Neo's body died or when his mind got separated from his body at the end of Matrix 2, his consciousness ended up in Mobile Ave(Limbo), which shows us that his Conscious Awareness cannot die, or it will stay in Limbo forever, especially after Rama told his wife Kamala that Neo might not see another soul ever again!. Only the body can die. So, the machines could have done whatever they wanted with Neo's body, while they found a way to download his Consciousness into their Matrix! The body & the Consciousness are very different from each other!

The Wachowskis were asked about the mirror scene in a webchat and they said this:

ThedrickFel: What exactly was the mirror made of? Was it the same stuff they injected into Morpheus? Why silver?

WachowskiBros: The mirror is actually a mirror. When Neo sees it it’s a hallucination, but it’s the direct result of the pill Morpheus has given Neo. Reflections in general are a significant theme in the film. The ideas of worlds within worlds..

They blew an EMP inside the dock. Why not just keep like the other ships and EMPs range away from Zion and when the dock gets taken after blowing the EMP from the ship Niobe was piloting, just send another ship to the dock to blow another EMP when the sentinels come back. They had enough ships that it might've been pretty effective.

Re: using an emp inside Zion question.

Your answer was mostly correct but there was a ship that broke thru to the dock ( Niobe - piloting the service lines ), before breaking thru to the dock.

Upon breaking thru- they trigger the emp, killing all centinals inside the dock.

Now, Zion could of easily had several emp’s set and ready to go to destroy each wave of centinals as they come into the dock.

Being that this is the 6th time they had to do this- the other 5 one’s could have easily made notes about that and passed the information along to the future generations to come.

In addition, they could of had emp’s set up that triggered at each level the machines broke through to get to Zion.


Bottom line is- this is a movie and you have to suspend belief

The EMP inside Zion was also explained in Revolutions when Lock said that the EMP from the ship knocked out their entire defense perimeter. They couldn't mount an effective defense with an EMP

The reason why emps weren't used, cuz it would disconnect everyone from the source and force a restart. That's my theory from programming POV

Not a bad idea at all to reintroduce certain elements. 20 yrs is a long time . I’ve talked to a lot of younger people that haven’t seen the first 3 movies, or people that haven’t rewatched it once they were grown . So a refresher course is good

Pretty certain that Neo's body was moved to where it is now. When he was disconnected the same thing happened when they use phones to jack out of the matrix, and i guess the mirror did its job

And duh, using an emp would disable their own defenses, which was said in the film.

I think I have a better solution to how Neo returns to the Matrix. When Neo meets the machine master, he is placed in connection to the machines. During that time, the machines take a genetic scraping of Neo, and after Neo dies, they rebuild him in the Matrix. Neo now becomes the new Smith.
