I love the Dude talking about lowering the job age and he is 39. I’m 56, and at 8 I was walking dogs for .25, .50 cents depending how far they wanted their pooch walked and we lived on a long city block in East Ft Laud. Then when my mom remarried my dad whom raised me, I was pushing and cutting grass until dusk at 12, 13, 14.
Then the real kicker is 4 mths before my 16 birthday I applied at a full service gas station and it rock plus the tips I made. Then my boss came to me 1 Mth later and said sweetie we have a problem, (I said I was 16) well the IRS contacted him and he said ?”Why did you tell me you were 16?” And I pushed out my bottom lip and smiled and said cuz I want to work so bad and it stinks that I can’t until I’m 16! He goes sweetie you’ll be 16 in 3 mths and you come back and you have your job back cuz you kick butt pump gas ck all fluids air etc and bust butt and you have your job cuz I admire you for wanting to work so young. Got my job back and went through 3 owners there. Those were the days when we only had a booth for shelter that we could lock for sercurity and bullet proof windows. So he’s so true to the Core, if ppl could become bag boys/girls etc. We would have more job growth. Yet, a lot of these kids that are hand fed cars etc by their parents need to stay home because I literally had several biatch about working. I look at them and say them clock out and go the hell home to mommy and daddy and quit your biatching and let the young ones have the jobs whom actually want to work. And where I live minimum wage is $14. Back when I started it was only 3.25$ yet never started that low. God Bless These Guys whom are try to be entrepreneurs.
I have the “UTMOST RESPECT FOR THEM”!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤ TRUMP WILL FIX IT AND ALSO FOR THE E-COMMERCE SITES THAT DONT MAKE NOWHERE NEAR $20, 000 or 200 Transactions without having to pay taxes that we have already paid taxes on. I don’t mind sales taxes. But for the poorer ppl like me who only want to sell their used goods or new not out of box. Let us be able to put food on our tables and pay our bills instead of selling it for $1.00 in yard sale.
