Literally saw a glitch right before my eyes. First time listening. I saw someone across the street step up to automatic opening doors, and a car was driving past. Everything froze the car, the person, the door. Then they walked through the door, and as the doors were closing the car driving by reversed away. Super freaky, and the way everything stopped and started was super unnatural. I’ll update if anything else happens. 🤝

i shifted on my first try with this!! I played it overnight and visualized my DR as i went to sleep. This morning I woke up at 6 am after the best sleep of my life and my dreams were really vivid. I didn't dream of anything directly related to my dr but i dreamt of my past and i was able to let it go. the biggest change I wanted to make was having an easier time with/improving my relationship with academia. a sweet friend treated me to coffee and breakfast and once she left i started studying for my finals with zero distractions. YOU GUYS WHEN I SAY THIS WORKSS, IT WORKS!! I was trying to shift last night (not using any method, I was just lying down and imagining how it felt to be in my Dr bed)
And my whole body went tingly and then felt like it was floating and I tried to stay calm repeating my favorite affs and then my body kind of "landed" and I was feeling clothes on my arms and legs (I was wearing shorts and a t shirt in this reality) and I could feel my self in a entirely different position. I could even hear my family downstairs. But I got excited and opened my eyes too soon
