I agree it´s very soft but I would not use it for socks ever again, because as I was tensioning the yarn to close the gole of the gusset on a sock it breaked on me. that had never happend to me ever before to break so easy a sock yarn. So maybe for a sweater, or a shawl but not for socks in my opinion. Also the final look of the sock was bulky as the yarn seams to be like a sport weight rather than a finghering. i have to say that the colours are amazing.

Scheepjes is Dutch for sheep, not ships 😊.
I agree it is very soft and a joy to knit, but unfortunately it pills like no sock yarn I have ever used before.
