Thank you so much for everything you discussed. I have been living with DDD and bulging disc for years. I have gone to PT to try and help myself, however, in this video you provided more information than I received over the years. This video really explained and helped me understand how to help myself. I'm in my 50s and want to continue to be active and had lost hope until finding this video today. I will check out your other videos and website. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!

Dr. You really know Your Stuff!! THX for these Videos on Cervical Issues - these will Become very prominent in Society thanks to Forward head Posture !! Despite my many Spinal maladies of multiple sites of Mild to moderate stenosis throughout my spine with Spondyliosis, disc bulges, DDD (advanced), and Dextroscoliosis at 20 degrees. Much of this is a result of a 1" shorter right leg since 1966 at age 15 when I fractured my femur playing HS Football. It was left unadressed by the Ortho Doctor at the time. Afteer more than 15 years, the Lower back aches appeared with stiffness. The LLD caused the hips to be misaligned and curving the spine. Chronic Sacroilitis (Inflammed SI Joints) is considered Ground Zero for many Back and neck problems according to my Rheumatologist. Most, if Not all Back Issues go Up and Down form the SI joints. Driving to commute to and from my work for over 40 years - at least 2.5- 3 houirs a day (and more driving for the Job as a Real estate Loan officer) with Forward head Posture (as more than 1 Chirpractor have told me) created and contributed to the deterioration of the Cervical spine with Cervical Instabilities {CI}. CI can make you Dizzy, lightheaded, Tinnitus, Sinusitis, ear and Eye pains, Temporal/Occiptal headaches, TMJ (is a Big one), Costchrondritis, even IBS and Bladder/ Bowel issues of Incontinence (like me). Any Info like this is Valuable. 6 Surgeions I consulted in 2018-19 all said No Surgery for Much Arrthritis on the vertebrae and facet Joints. BTW< I was a smoker of Cigs for over 45 years ( 1 pack a day) and did Not drink much water daily at all. Hydration is crucial. Your back Discs which Do Not Regenerate are 80 % Water!!.

Thank you. I had surgery from traumatic injuries to my neck last year and have been suffering from excessive knotting in the nerves so I greatly appreciate this to help release some of that tension

Hi, I found this whilst looking for help for my brachioradial pruritis, I had an MRI & have degeneration between c5-7 so probably this is the cause. This has been a very interesting watch.

My chinese medicine doctor told me diet doesn't affect OA. I was shocked to hear her say this. I repeated to her that it certainly does

Hi Dr. I just found out last week I have ‘severe degenerative disc disease in my C5 and C6 discs. My doctor had a nurse call me to tell me the news. I asked what should I do and she said the doctor said I’ve to continue seeing my chiropractor that I started seeing in November because of the neck pain. I feel frightened that I’ll end up paralyzed. Thank you for helpful video.

Hello, is there any tips on how to sleep with DDD? Is it better to have double pillow? Single pillow? Maybe a thin pillow? Any advice on just the sleeping position? Thank you

Good day, Doctor. I would like to ask if the main symptom of DDD is tge pain in the neck that occurs every now and then. I used to feel this kind of pain in my neck for a month now, but I have never tried to consult it to a doctor. The pain is super duper hurtful when I am doing my school works it occurs after few minutes. I felt that there are two bulging bones, I got this when I did a certain an exercise raising my legs and suddenly there's a sound I have heard and felt it in my neck then there's a pain. what should I do, Doctor? could please help me perhaps enlighten me if I still have hopes that It is not a DDD? HOPING FOR YOUR KIND RESPONSE. THANK YOU!

Hi, I found your video very informative. Thank you. I am a seamstress and worm on a sewing machine or looking down to cutting patters. What the best way to avoid straining my neck. I really don’t want to give my business up but it’s causing so much pain.
