Returning home to Oneworld Ayurveda—Eugenia's 3rd Panchakarma

Oneworld Ayurveda is like Eugenia’s second home and when she came back recently for her 3rd Panchakarma (PK) she had tears in her eyes as she really had the feeling of returning home.

Eugenia’s first PK was only one week, which she remembers as being very emotional, not thinking she’d get through the detox day, but waking up the next day to one of the best days of her life.

Her second PK was for two weeks and came at a time when she was experiencing some serious health issues, with her feeling as if many doctors had given up on her. So at that point, Eugenia decided to change the vector of where she wanted her health to be and during those two weeks, she went through a ‘big and beautiful’ process of healing.

Eugenia’s recent visit was very last minute and for a reason rarely seen at Oneworld Ayurveda. A month prior, she was in Ibiza and swam into a tribe of Portuguese man o’ war, a very dangerous jellyfish that can kill people. Eugenia was bitten up to 20 times and was lucky to survive the incident. She realized she needed help and to detox as the toxins from the jellyfish burned her neurons and nervous connections, and shook her mental health.

Returning ‘home’ to Oneworld Ayurveda was what she needed after this traumatic experience—to give herself a chance to reset and heal.
