Las Vegas police close sexual assault case against activist, Dolton Trustee Andrew Holmes

Las Vegas police say they have closed their investigation into an allegation of sexual assault against community activist Andrew Holmes and no charges have been filed.

Obviously it was closed due to no physical or dna was abstracted from the allege victim.

I would think that a police officer as an eyewitness would be enough...and did he not confess to the same officer?

The lawsuit says Holmes made a video call to the officer, boasting about having Dukes in his room. “Trustee Holmes then panned the camera toward a bed where [the officer] could see a woman, Ms. Dukes, who was partially undressed, ” the suit claims. It goes on to say Holmes “moved the camera to various private areas of Ms. Dukes’ body” and was “removing articles of clothing.”
