Welding cells are customised for German customers

This working station consist of one Kuka robot, two sets of arc welding fixtures and also one 3-axis standing turntable. For electrical components adopted famous brand such as  Descato clamps, Festo sensors, Festo cylinders, and also Festo relay boxes, etc. The customized turntable controlled by KUKA servo motor and original KUKA robot which can load the panels easily and also not affecting the welding work to shorten cycle time and actualize the complex welding movement.
The entire project process ingeniously combines the welding fixtures, turntable and the KUKA robot to form a complete welding solution. All parts worked in coordination with each other, achieved the whole process automation from workpiece loading, positioning to welding, and at the same time improved production effectiveness and efficiency a lot. During the implementation of this project, TTM’s technicians followed up the whole process closely to ensure the smooth installation, commissioning, and operation of the system to achieve full success.
