This was incredibly helpful. I am in a college class and we were given another video to watch in regards to the charged field model. I was so confused by it. I started researching more and came across this video. Extremely clear and now I get it! My math class is on how to TEACH this to students in the primary grades without them memorizing rules. Or, (-1) -(-4) = -1 + 4 = 3. So much faster without those zero pairs....??
