In my opinion, AEW airing the Jack Perry-CM Punk footage is Tony Khan's version of Eric Bischoff's decision to give away that Mick Foley was about to win the WWF World Title and the line of "That will put butts in seats."

Only way for this drama to end is for the interviewers stop bringing up this question or for Tony & Punk changing the subject

I know Tony Khan hasn’t been great with his postings online or his dealings with the Punk incident and even creative in 2024 but STOP with the HATE.

The problem AEW has is a lot of fans are programmed to watch WWE as that has been around for decades, for some reason fans even hated AEW when it first started. A lot of WWE fans have an issue with liking other promotions, not me tho as I like loads of wrestling promotions.

Tony doesn't understand how to Manage, Promote or create talent at AEW. He needs to step up, step away and manage the product by hiring good writers and experienced bookers. There is zero investment in any of the talent to build or create a star long term.

If true, then wow, guess that the belief of AEW having some sort of obsession over CM Punk is true and that he's the most over guy in AEW'S history even when he's not in the company anymore.
