Lyrics:
Right from the moment I met you
I knew you were from my wildest dreams
Making music in my heart and on the keys
Then one day I told you
"Let’s leave this town and head for the city."
I wanna make our way to Tennessee
Just one bag is all we need
I know, we’ll both miss home
Because I have this dream I cannot shake
And more each day my heart it aches
I know, it’s what I’m made for
So hold on, there’s a light about to come
Through the mountains ahead, we’ll keep movin' on
The way, we don’t know where it leads
But as long as you’re here I have everything I need
We hear the sound "Music City" in our ears
With songs and notes bundled in my coat
Facing every one of my fears
And inside a little apartment
A baby girl on her mama’s knee
You know I’m trying hard to make ends meet
But I’m runnin' out of songs to sing
I know we have far to go
Then you said: Hold on, there’s a light about to come
Through the mountains ahead, we’ll keep movin' on
The way, we don’t know where it leads
But as long as you’re here I have everything I need
Home, woah
Hey baby, your heart is my home
Home, woah
Hey baby, your heart is my home
Woah, woah!
Hey baby, your heart is my home
Woah, woah!
Hey baby, your heart is my home
Woah, woah!
Hey baby, your heart is my home
