Whenever I have intrusive thoughts I find that the way out is by seeing things how God sees them. Its all lies, all of them. Every intrusive thought. You have the ultimate choice as to whether or not you believe them. And the true thoughts will set you free. "And you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free".

every time I have intrusive thoughts I say to myself "Jesus I trust in You" and now they are completely gone, its been almost a year after I started this. I had been OCD my whole life and now I am cured thanks to Jesus

The moment a ‘dark’ thought or intrusive thoughts pop in, I immediately start to praise God to get his attention. I start to pray and praise. I haven’t had a depressive episode in months ❤

I started reading the bible with myhusband and now my anxiety and depression is gone. I don't need therapy.

I use to get intrusive thoughts of my husband cheating on me and would get depressed about it and Id pray to Jesus persistently for a while and Jesus eased my mind and gave me peace 🙏 God hears our prayers 🙏 All in His timing 🙏 Thank you Jesus 🙏

I lost my way spiritually since my early 20's...Im 53 now and suffered depression and anxiety for around 25yrs.
Last year, I found Jesus Christ and started praying, reading the bible and stopped my sins, I haven't felt happier, more peaceful and whole, I haven't had a depressive episode since (which going by history, should have had quite a few in that time) my kids can see the difference that it has made to my life, so much so, my 17yr old is enthusiastically asking about attending church and asking many questions about prayer. I used to scoff at the term "born again"... But this is exactly how it feels 🙏

he really does. I was one of the most silent kid ever and he just helped me so much going to people and tell them what i really feel. The devil is a liar, believe in God and never feel depressed again.

I paid £1000 to a clinical psychologist who diagnosed ptsd. Of which symptoms I knew I already had. The dr could not tell me how to be free?! I was discharged . Felt that all I did and was asked to do was tell my life story like a newspaper report. Thank you for sharing your testimony. I struggle with depression for about 15 years now. I fall back into compulsions and things, but I always hope Jesus is helping me through things.
