What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am presenting to you my END GAME FULL HEALTH rifleman Build Guide! The weapon I am using is the POWERFUL RIFLEMAN WEAPON THE FIXER! In Fallout 76 has been the best and my favorite class. SO with that being said I decided to make a definitive End game full health rifleman build for it. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you my Build which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the weapons it's self with of course all the mods. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in fallout 76 and it also stops anything in it's tracks. For those who may not know. Explosive on a weapon is 20% damage. Maxed out demo expert bumps it up to 32%.

Good build, but explosive rifles seem to give mobs a higher chance to break your stealth. Have you compared how often you lose stealth with a non-explosive Fixer?

Like the build and thanks. However are you competing with the micro machines guy? Why are you trying to talk so fast? It's like you hate your own voice and are trying to escape it. This make listening super annoying.
