:: CAMEL MEAT KURMA::
INGREDIENTS::
For Cooking or Boiling Meat::
Camel meat with bone - 500g
Water as needed
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1 sp
Garlic paste 1sp

For Grinding Masala::
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Coconut Chopped - 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 2
Cloves - 14
Cardamom - 7
Cinnamon - 2" size
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves few
Handful of Coriander leaves Chopped
