Hi thanks for your helpful tutorial. I did exactly what you said and it worked fine, but now it stops on the steps. Any ideas?

Thanks! I have the same one and trying to figure out why the drive gears are grinding, or where to get replacement ones. They are so sloppy and have so much play that they wear out quickly.
