Oh hahahaha what a title "Former colonial power is concerned"... said by those who STILL HAVE colonies in Africa and have started the war in Libya in 2011. Libya, a territory that formally was considered under OUR responsability and patronage, that WE helped become a strong nation...
How confortable this title is towards the worried French regime that is afraid to lose the power that comes from having almost gratis resources from Africa to fuel it's economy.
And that without that, France wouldn't be that "big" economy.

Afraid to lose power much? It's the first concern of the tyrants... 😏
