The SG is my favorite (own 2) and TV Yellow is my favorite finish so its a buy for me sometime soon. I'm just glad to see new finish options over the boring Cherry and Ebony finishes. How many red SGs do we need?

I can definitely recommend a trip to the Gardiner Houlgate showroom if you can. I haven’t been in a while - to stop myself from buying any more stuff! - it’s just about the best guitar shop going when it’s set up. Very relaxed too - other than the really top end stuff, it’s all out for you to try/inspect.

I've seen a couple videos of the build and tone test of the new JHS pedal and it sounds near identical. For the price you can't complain really. Truly an impressive overdrive.

Really interested to see how the 1000 + Epiphones do. They have certainly being moving to this price with good reason but seems like they went up 500 too quickly.

Just because I was curious: For 255 USD you could get a JHS Buffered Splitter and two TC Bucket Brigades for true stereo analog delay. The Meraki does have a lot of additional features that may well be worth the price, but I’m still kind of surprised how inexpensive it can be. And likely it can get lower with some more shopping around. (Or if you already have a stereo chorus to stand-in for the Splitter.) Of course, digital will likely be better value with most of us not being able to tell the difference.
