Hi Roy! You seem like a great guy. I really enjoy your videos. I've watched them all. I'm in the process of solopreneuring myself into my own recruitment business. It's all about that niche...and I picked something, but I am honestly quite afraid of pulling the trigger and getting things going because I believe my niche is really unique and I have found virtually no competition in it. I would love to be able to have just a few minutes with you on the "tele" to run my idea by you before really jumping head first. After 14 yrs of corporate rate race...i started my own recruitment business...its been 1.5 yrs....and we have grown from a 2 member team to 10...My question - How long can you keep reinvesting in growth? How much time can you give before a recruitment business become profitable/cash flow positive?
