I'm opening a 5500 sf facility in Tulsa, OK . I own the land already outright and the loan payment is $2300.00. Should I do contracts only or offer month to month as well for a slightly higher rate $45 w/contract
$55 without for example .
At 500 members I would be grossing around 25k monthly .
