I really would enjoy a video on google calendar. I use google calendar for everything and would be interested to see your tips. I've been interested in time blocking but for some reason it seems so complicated. Thank you for posting! Love your videos! 💞

You walked Roxy, thats exercise. You share alot of my challenges. I have an employed job, but i struggle with motivation. I walk my dog. I have a rule " do one other thing" that could be clean the bathroom or do some washing. Today i did my finances and sorted my clothes - summer to Autumn /winter and finished unpacking our holiday stuff ( so it was a good day). I struggle with staying up too late. So be kind to yourself. You are more likely to crash and burn if you push too hard. Remember to enjoy life ❤

This helped me feel so much more motivated and realise that I don’t have to do a million and one things in a day to have a achieved something, just doing the little things is ok 😊

I’m very similar! I get so disheartened when I can’t stick to plans/routines 100%. I’ve been working hard over the past month or so to let go when I can’t achieve everything I set out to, and to remind myself that I am still achieving a lot even if not everything I’d planned.
I’ve also been making timetables to use my time as productively as possible. So far so good! 😀
