Since the history of European colonizers has always been profits over people do you think we have the collective will to engage in this restorative justice, especially if any change would change the economic dynamics that currently exist? Having visited the Black Hills many times I know that a huge tourist industry exists in that area. As right as it would be to give the land back that we never should have stolen in the first place, do you think this is ever likely to happen? Miigwech
