Yemoja will be hitting the Battleground in the next patch, but some of our pro players have already tried her out in PTS! We're sitting down with pro support players iRaffer, PBM, and Emilzy to talk about how this new healing guardian is going to shake up your SMITE games.

First of all, Finch blew this out the park, would love to see him in more for the channel.

Secondly, this roster choice is perfect. Raffer is the top support in general imo, then PBM is the best offensive support, and Emilzy is the best defensive support. Perfectly picked.

I think people are forgetting how the 2 will interact with Magic Shell, that’s a very common defensive relic, and she basically punishes you for helping your team as Support.

How about to get the duo lane back to being more centered around 2v2 you could put a smaller boss camp on duo side in a side jungle like way back in the day with the side jungle but with just one buff? Thoughts anyone?

Imagine the uses of her ultimate at fire giant. Put the walls up to stop a steal or to steal with since it blocks enemy projectiles and movement

Too early for this topic, none of them have played her nor care about her since she wont be at worlds.

The utility of being able to zoom your team through the jungle similar to old hel or ama pre-aura nerfs will be quite strong in the spl and adding prots rivaling an ares 2 when that's the entire purpose of ares 2 is a bonus. I don't think this "god of peel" will do well at the casual and lower ranked levels. As the guys said, there's no solo potential and you can't peel the "stupid" off of some players unfortunately.

Asking current pros that might change teams or not even stay in the SPL about an unreleased god that they won't play until next season, that likely will get changed after her release, on a map that might get changed, in a game mode that will get changed. Ok.

nice talk, maybe too early and pro players have other stuff to worry about because they all think about worlds. But now no one can complain that it was obvious that she is op. Many thought that horus would be op but it turned out he is pretty balanced. We will see. Maybe they nerf the supportive part and buff the damage and engage part of her kit.

Built to peel? She has barely any peel!!! She has a slow that’s simple to dodge, and she has a relatively short stun. She can only use her ult to peel every now and then, and even still it’s not hard to get out of her ult

I think she might be better solo than support. The main issue is you can't build mana items in support with how good thebes is.
I guess it depends on how many omi she needs. But generally she wants as many options as possible.
The long range stuns seems good though

this topic is such a waste for the show. They don't have strong opinions of an unreleased god. So they don't say anything with confidence they are just "guessing". +asking people that work for you "How do you like this thing we make?" is just not fair. They won't answer honestly.

Fix your damn matchmaking. Stop being money hungry narcissists. This game is 6-7 years old and it's not a mainstream game!!? Invest and make it mainstream!! Stop making stupid skins. Invest to get a bigger player base and make matchmaking more enjoyable!!!!
