Fun fact I learned this from smike.. Scott Cawthon later edited the game and later put in 1987 on custom night because he was getting annoyed about rumors about a secret ending so he wanted to troll and prove them wrong by making golden Freddy crash the game..

There is a 3rd way of summoning him.
If you somehow got this chance, he will have a 1/10000 chance of jumpscaring you after the game over screen

Spamming the camera DOES NOT do anything. The game just rolls a random number every ONE second and if that number is correct it spawns the fredbear poster.

The chance for Fredbear/Golden Freddy to spawn is 1 in 100 000.
Which with average playtime of 45mins means that he has only 2, 62% chance to appear.

When I first downloaded fnaf 1, on night 1 checked all cams at 12 am and I actually got him. I didn’t know how to handle him but I think when you see him you have to immediately open your camera right?

I am a kid, and I first encounter golden Freddy. I just shut the door like three times and then I go back to camera because I was messing around and then I saw a poster of golden Freddy and then I got a jump scare

My theory on the 1987 one is that it’s there. As a reference to when the missing children died bc in the song”five nights at Freddys”it said “we have been all alone, stuck in our little zone since 1987” so yeah

Fun fact: when you get the its me hallucinations theres higher chance for golden freddy i got 2 of them and he spawned two in a row

heres another tip:checking the cameras less often can increase the chance oh him appearing or so i`ve heard

Tip when u do the camera try on night 1 as you get more time before they rush you

Im not sure if this is true but if i remember correctly i think i summoned him by clicking on freddy's nose to much in the pitcher.
