I started using softer frogs, trimming the skirts, working the bait right, and waiting to set the hook to be super effective. Try it out next time you need to catch more bass.

I started using a mh mod fast rod. If I swing to early the flex of the rod delays the hook set just enough. It’s been awesome

I prefer popping frogs I’m not as much a walker and prefer the noise but of course I have both for different situations

I like the scum frog because the body slides up the hook on Hookset letting the hooked get in their mouth better
