I remember reading an article in National Geographic written by Jacques Cousteau about finding a Greek amphora, still intact, filled with wine. He and his crew did indeed taste it, but was so awful they spit it out right away. This was when I was a kid and was going through a very old collection of the magazines...for some reason I'm thinking the issue was from 1954, but may be wrong.

It's so interesting when you're talking about colorization for our conceptualization of corks and whatnot, when we eventually hopefully have contact with extraterrestrial life It will be so interesting to see how completely differently they conceptualize the same scientific principles. Geese are nasty at best i cant imagine meeting one that's bigger than me...I was once injured in a goose attack, a Canada goose decided to attack my buddy and i laughed so hard i pulled something, My friend was begging me to help him, i was struggling to stand, breathe and not pee my pants! xD
