Enhancing security and visibility in EKS with NGINX

In this demo we’ll show how deploy an application in the mesh and bring it to production using the NGINX modern apps portfolio.

We’ll take a function, use NGINX Unit to run it, deploy it in a NGINX Service Mesh, and centrally monitor it using Grafana and Prometheus. Then we’ll provide a secure perimeter with NGINX App Protect and deploy a cloud load balancer to expose the NGINX Ingress Controller to external users – thereby making it production ready.
