Listen guys, I’ve been watching since your first episode. This one is by far your best. Transparent, informative, practical, and solid editing. Not enough people are doing videos/podcasts on ‘unsexy’ businesses. Keep it up. Also really liked your video with the refurbished RV business.

This is interesting. I used to work in the head office of the largest privately owned hospitality company in Sydney, Australia. We had about 200 different themed bars/restaurants. The most profitable products were always the same, even when the venue sold food: Spirits, Beers & Wine (in that order). Most profitable opening hours were always from about 11pm to 4am. Venues that have music, VIP rooms, outdoor pools, etc - they always pulled in substantial amounts of money. The smaller pubs like the ones featured in your video, not so much. Probably at a similar level to the finances you've listed in your videos.

I live in Dallas and go to Inwood Tavern all the time. So great to see this. lol...My parents went on dates to Inwood Tavern in the late 1960s. It is a great bar, love it. If you are in Dallas, everyone should go. My only complaint is the parking is limited so take Uber/Lyft.

10:30-10:50 is EXACTLY why I went from restaurant/bar to strictly bar business. A burger isnt a burger anymore. Now everyone has nut, soy, seafood, wheat allergies. You gotta have a gluten free menu. A vegan menu. How about you stay home and cook if you have all those conditions. A bar? If they dont like their drink, easy solution, if they've had too much, cut them off. Easy money. And you dont have to play doctor/ nutritionist and live in fear of a bad Yelp review.

I have an idea :
it's a new type of restaurants : eating-spots,
in an eating-spot, food keeps changing, chefs also rotate,
thanks to this rotation of food and chefs, eating-spots are way more powerful than restaurants,
along with that, there is an app,
people vote for the food that will be cooked in the next days,
menu is influenced by the live input of the customers via a mobile app
