CARTOON NETWORK PH - TNT Handover (1998)

The bumper that airs in the evening when Cartoon Network is about to transition to TNT. The 90s telecast of CN used to time-share with TNT Asia from 10pm to 9am. Around the 2000s, the two channels officially split as CN Philippines and TCM.

Oddly, Wikipedia claims that Cartoon Network PH began in 1995 when clearly by '98 the schedules provided on the bumpers are for HK/Thailand and the commercials are in Chinese, denoting that it's the Asia feed.

Actually, that's not Cartoon Network Philippines. That's Cartoon Network Southeast Asia. That's why whenever they had a contest, they would always give their postal address, which is in Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong

Another variation of this Cartoon Network Bumper has the one different sound at 0:14, The Joel Valentine Explosion sound from one of What a Cartoon shorts that were sound edited by Joel’s Twenty First Century Entertainment like Pfish and Chip in Short Pfuse.

On TrueVisions in Thailand, Cartoon Network used to timeshare with TCM/TNT until 2001 when it separated 2 channels! However back in Feb 2005, TCM returns to TrueVisions but now no longer

When I was child, I think Cartoon Network is now signing off and handover Turner Classic Movies back in 2001.
