Using UK prices. £16.70 for 50 sheets v Plenty (Bounty) at £12.50 for an 8-pack of 800 sheets per roll. Usable towel = 33 p per sheet (plus washing costs, say, 1 p per time). Plenty = 0.2 p per sheet. Probably use two or three sheets, so, say, 0.6 p per use.

Let's say each reusable towel gets used 200 times.
1 x 33 = 33 + 1 x 200 = £2.33 per sheet x 50 = £116.50. for 10, 000 uses (50 x 200).

£116.50 ÷ £12.50 = 9.32 x 6, 400 ÷ 3 = 19, 883 uses.
