Make a Two Page Spread in Indesign | Adobe InDesign Tutorial #11

INSTRUCTIONS:
Open the Pages Panel
Make 3 pages
Select a page
Right click and click Allow Document Pages to Shuffle to unselect
Select the single page spread and click the Trash Bin
Double Page Spread left

uhhhh that literally doesn't happen when I press that button. All I want is the pages back to back but I have no idea how to do that. All they do is stack vertically.
