I don't think that Christmas is a sin if one chose to acknowledge the festive season as the birth of Christ, even though the Bible does not tell us to do so, there is no direct date, are times of the birth of Christ that recorded in scripture, they are a lot of things that the Bible tells us Christians to do, and we don't do them, so it's the mindset behind the Christmas season that's truly matters, that Christmas tree could be seen as a symbol of the cross, and those light can being seen as a symbol Christ who is the light of the world, and the gifts under the trees, as a symbol of his gift of our salvation, its the mindset and the condition of the heart makes the difference, for with the heart man believe unto Righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, even if it was a pagan holiday, pagan never created a day, it was God who created days, times, and seasons, and He accepts everything that we do when honoring him, with humility, and reverence, for his glory.
