thank you for this video. did you happen to take a picture of the haven restaurant menu? we have 5 speciality restaurants and i will cancel two that we paid additional for if we liked the menu choices.

Hi, thank you for this video. I was just wondering about tipping the butler and other staff. I always do the pre paid gratuity but like to give extra. Just wondering what a fair amount would be. Never stayed in the Haven before.

One thing I'm noticing on videos about the Haven is that all things you can enjoy are not any more than the experience and not how it is done. What does a butler do and what does it take to get that? What things that a request of the butler to do those things cost more? At the bar or in the Haven restaurant can you get a coffee free of charge? What does your premium or premium plus drink pkg get you in the Haven? I'm getting mixed information about this. Do i need the FAS drink pkg or are all my drinks in the Haven included for the price of the Haven?
Do I have to pay for room service to have my Specialty dinners brought to my room? I am hearing that the Haven restaurant food is outstanding, but then why use my Specialty dinners? The FAS 2 Specialty dinners and my Platinum perk 2 added Specialty dinners will be used when the Haven food is a repetition of a previous day and that way I can try restaurants i would not normally try as a specialty dinner because they are not up to par with using a specialty dinner on them. Have you tried getting a Specialty dinner brought to your Haven room or can they be served in the Haven restaurant? Any charges for that? Too many videos on YouTube have conflicting information about that! I just want to have the best Haven experience and be ready for the extra expenses. Thank you.
