Tip: if you have a small dog make sure you pick them up before going into an elevator

If you have a big dog make sure you make the leash a shorter so that they can be right by your leg and not behind you when you go in the elevator

Edit: I'm sorry to everyone who took this the wrong way. I didn't know I'd get attention from commenting something like this, I just thought it was sad. Al though I think both are tragic, I just thought for this video that it was really sad. I lost my auntie recently and I also lost my 2 pets last year, they both really meant a lot to me and I obviously was more shocked over my auntie passing away, but I still care about animals.

I know another similar situation case for a dog getting cought by an elevator.
So a woman was entering the elevator with her two dogs and she accidentally drop one of the leashes in her way in the elevator as it close the dog was hanging from the throat and the owner rushed to unleash her dog from the collar. And by luck the elevator opened to the next floor and managed to save her dog from death. She was in tears as of what just happened and would most likely her dog would have died if she didn't jump into action

My Cat had a pretty bad death… I would kind of consider it a really bad one. It was hiding in the garden fighting a snake then we found out it was red belly black snake and we were unaware he had got bit by it and he would keep making weird positions after that And wouldn’t want to move…
We took him to the vet the next day I thought he would make it because I was still unaware of what happened. I was getting taken home from dance with my friend I asked my mum in the car ‘’how is Mo (my cats name)??’’ My mum didn’t answer me so I assumed she didn’t hear me and waited till we dropped my friend off. When we were driving back again I asked only to hear the news…
