1- Souffle holosystolique en sostenuto doux (jet de vapeur) : insuffisance mitrale ou tricuspide
2- Souffle mésodiastolique en 2 temps (decrescendo-crescendo) : sténose mitrale ou tricuspide
3- Souffle mésosystolique piaulant en diamant : sténose aortique ou pulmonaire

1-souffle holosystolique :insuffisance mitrale
2:souffle mesodiastolique avec opening snap de la valve mitrale et renforcement présystolique: stenose mitrale
3:Souffle mesosystolique crescendo puis decrescendo : retrecissement aortique
