Xiaomi has unveiled the Mi A2 and A2 Lite in Spain and it's coming to India on 8th August, so before we bring you our Mi A2 review, here are our first impressions on the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite, where we take a look at the Mi A2 camera, and pit Mi A2 vs Mi A2 vs Redmi Note 5 Pro. Do note that we have the Chinese variants of the phone, the Mi 6X and Redmi 6 Pro, respectively.

The camera bump isn't a problem once you put a back cover
Nor is the 3mm Audio Jack port, Xiaomi provides a type-c to 3mm audio jack cable along with the phone in the box

Nice video, but your title is very misleading! Regardless of being the same hardware they are different phones! I know because I ve used the Mi 6X and the Mi A2 already and there are clear differences in performance and fluidity!

I they had put the Snapdragon 660 in the A2 lite and marketed it on its own as the A2, that would have been a formidable phone. As it stands, you can either have a "complete" phone with the old SD 625, otherwise you need to forgo expandable storage, a headphone jack and 1000mAh of battery just to upgrade to the 660. Puzzling.

3:23 A1 does support 4K recording. Note 5 Pro also does support it on the MIUI 10 Global Beta iirc.
