When I'm done with a game I sell it at the local Salt Con convention they have here in Utah twice a year. I'm able to get rid of them at 10-40% under retail in most cases, which is great. Once in a while you find one that is above what I paid for it, but that's rare.

In Europe the second market is strong. You get most games for 10-20 euros. So I always wait.

It's probably under video games, but Keep the Heroes Out's digital version KS campaign also has a new monster and play mats for the physical game.
