'Grip and Go' Kata guruma - IJF Legal

Here is an easy way to perform a kata guruma (or uki waza) for IJF Competitions.
Hope you enjoy this setup, I still use it each and every week at training and it works a treat. The key is the "Grip and Go" mindset. Like most throws, if you wait too long then you miss the window to attack.

With your hand that is holding his shoulder, do you use the one that is normally holding the sleeve or the lapel? (English is not my first language)
