Being detained does not mean being strippped away due process. Why do people leave out the fact that the constitution say no CITIZEN may be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process. One might argue that noncitizens have those "rights". No. They have those temporary protections when they're here legally. Illegal immigrants should not expect to have those protections.
