The world of comedy was deeply shocked when news broke of the sudden death of Bob Saget, who was found unresponsive in his hotel room in Orlando, Florida, on January 9, 2022, just hours after performing stand-up to a packed audience, according to AP News. He was 65. Saget was perhaps best-known as the lead character in "Full House," but Saget lived a rich life filled with charity, raunchy stand-up, and gratitude for the circumstances that led him to his success. However, those circumstances weren't all positive. This is why the tragedy of Bob Saget just gets sadder and sadder.

As a person who has suffered childhood trauma, i can speak from experience that pain in early years of life makes you a strong, compassionate, empathetic and resilient person, but only if you stay strong enough to get out of the other side of it.

Apparently that " roast" in 2008, had some disgusting "jokes" including one that you could tell the twins apart " because Ashley swallowed " I think all the men on that show were creepy as hell.

I can't look at these events as just sad because it shows the resilience of Bob Saget. Overcoming each tragedy is a tribute to his emotional strength and endurance.

We all had tragic loss, sometimes too much to bear. The pain is diminished by a willingness to wake up every day and get through a minute at a time. Bob did this like the rest of us. Rest In Peace Bob, you were a loss to all of us.

Everyone loves to talk about how “great” people are only after they are dead. Nostalgia is always the highest after the inevitable.

I grew up watching fullhouse and AFV. I didn't have much as kid. So some of my favorite childhood memories are laughing to these shows. (Amongst other emotions) The sudden passing of Bob Saget really hurts. It's like a piece of my childhood is gone. Thank you Bob for all the laughs. For being an amazing TV dad. But by the outpouring of messages, it turns out you were an amazing dad in real life. Prayers for your family and friends. RIP BOB SAGET AKA DANNY TANNER 😢💔

“A person is a person no matter how small.” I would guess these videos simply wish to show that these celebrities small people like us all. My heart goes out to those who have nobody or nothing and are mostly forgotten even in life.

Wow, this hit hard. You did a fantastic piece. Him passing was a shock. I was a kid when Full House came out and TGIF was some great family memories of us all watching and laughing together. I also grew up watching his stand up. I hope that his family and friends find peace and healing and joy in the memories that they created together and shared with us all every Friday night. Thank you for all the memories, Bob.

Not mentioned, he had the booster shot in mid-December - the question not being asked, did the COVID vaccine kill him?

I never knew Bob grew up in my town for a few years in VA. So cool to drive by the high school he went to and to know he loved this area

Thousands if not millions of us grew up watching Bob play Danny Tanner on Full House giving us some of the most heartbreaking and loving scenes to ever be watched or watched him host America’s funniest Home Video .. a true legend. Prayers to his daughters, wife and everybody that loved him …💔

What always struck me as funny is when Bob Saget wasn't playing a roll on TV, he would cuss like a sailor. It always made me laugh because it was so unexpected. 💞
