About the merit list, the 10 students from the frist merit list who are not mentioned in the second list, what happened to them. If they have paid the fee for AMC then it means 10 seats for AMC have been filled. if that is the case, shouldn't the second list be of 30 candidates? why are there 40 candidates? Confused...
