Selena Gomez Jokes She ‘Signed Her Life Away To Disney At A Young Age’

Показать описание
Selena Gomez is opening up about her experience acting now compared to back on her Disney Channel days. While promoting her new Hulu series "Only Murders in the Building," at the TCA Summer 2021 tour, the actress was asked to compare her new show to her work on Disney. "I signed my life away to Disney at a very young age and I didn’t know what I was doing," she joked. Selena catapulted to stardom while starring as Alex Russo, a spunky high school teen in “Wizards of Waverly Place.” Once the show ended in 2012, the “Rare” singer continued acting in movies, but her new murder-mystery series marks her return to scripted television in almost 10 years.
