Anyone should have the right to pursue A quality life experience. Everyone deserves to be happy. But Where exactly do we draw the lines between mental health, empathy, and bigotry? I mean from a human resource perspective is it not dis respectful to the opposite sex For someone to claim they can relate to the experience, And struggles that a male or female or female has to deal with? For you as a man or a woman, To refer to someone that you know, Biologically and Hormonally as relatable to you? I mean you can tell people that their Depression, anxiety, and bipolar tendencies are mental health. And so is body disphoria. Unless it comes to transgender then it's not body disphoria anymore therefore it's not mental health. Because if it's not mental health then it's a choice right? I mean it's not people's choice to have anxiety or depression. So I guess the point is maybe it would work In their favor just admitting that it's mental health because then people wouldn't have an excuse to discriminate? I guess the point i'm getting at Is transgender's biggest obstacle It's not admitting that it's mental health. I mean they admit That there is an abundance of mental health within the transgender community. But we deny that It's a Form of mental health? Hypocrisy! Pure contradiction!

The individuals that work for my company will reflect the values of my company not the other way around. If individuals do not agree with the values i and my company reflect then they have a choice . This is not about the color of your skin or your religion its a about sex and there choice what rhey chose.. it about what fully in there control, you know.. behavior...
As a employer you will comply with the values of MY company and that is the last word on that... belive me i can find the people to fill the skilled positions i have open... i pay very well i provide for the employees.
