HOW TO THROW A FOAM DODGEBALL FAST AND HARD
Throwing a foam Dodgeball fast and hard is pretty easy once you get the hang of it but you have to realize a few things and that’s what this video is for to teach you some throwing mechanics some throwing basics for throwing a phone Dodgeball so hope you guys enjoy and let’s jump right into the tutorial

step 1

so the first step is how you grip the a foam Dodgeball holding the Dodgeball is key in the right position because if you don’t hold it right you’re not going to be throwing it accurately so you want to hold the Dodgeball with two fingers just like you’re throwing a Fourseam fastball OK once you have that grip. As I said before don’t hold it too hard or too soft hold it in the middle.

Step 2 you’re going to Throw it over the top don’t throw it SideArm Don’t drop your elbow below your shoulder you want to throw it over the top as I said before so you want to throw it and have your elbow above your shoulder maybe even straight up so yeah very over-the-top not cider because that’s going to give you the most accurate and most powerful Dodgeball throw.

Step 3. Is where to aim what you want to aim for with the farm Dodgeball is you want to aim for their Shanes you don’t want to aim for their Chester also catch the Dodgeball see you want to aim for their Shanes at the highest their knees but no higher than hips you want it lower than the knee so they didn’t won’t be able to catch it or you can maybe go for a headshot if if it’s a phone Dodgeball but just go for the shins for now.

Step 4. Dodging the foam Dodgeball to dodge the dodgeball you just want to move your feet and obviously just kind a naturally dodge where it’s going so if it’s going to your chest you can try to catch it if you’re if it’s going to your stomach trying to catch it if it’s below your shins you can jump and try to dodge the dodgeball when somebody’s throwing it fast and hard though it is very hard to talk to Dodgeball but you can do it. OK so when it’s going for your shins jump when it’s gone for your torso you can try to catch it it’s gone for your head and you can just duck and so on so yeah that’s pretty much all I have for you guys. MY GOSH THANK YOU! Today we had all the 8th grade vs us aka 7th grade in P.E and let me tell you this, the 8th grade boys EVEN THE 8TH GRADE GIRLS, throw some fast and so hard! It was so hard beating them, we did 3 rounds and they won the first and third one, after that I felt useless because I wasn't good at spelling, learning or even dodgeball :')

I have good hand I can whip hard If I perfect this technique the girls will ask me to be in there team when we do girls vs my hand loses strength when throwing and it curves when it starts hurting

My only tip for throwing dodgeballs is to utilize your whole body when throwing. Put your back into it, put your wrist into it etc.
