Hikvision DVR, NVR & IP Cameras Unbind Device added from another hikconnect account

the device has already been added by another account hikvision, unbind device hikvision, hikvision the device is online and has been added by another user

this basic issue i have given DVR 4 ch as per tech support of HIK-Vision send to service center at Bangalore they are worst support 2week happened still not revised .

bro I've got same problem does I need to be on the same network that is connected DVR to unbound it? because I try it this and doesn't work but I wasn't connected on the same network...

Super bro, I was used to send the serial number to customer care and request to remove the dvr from account.. Thank you

Until 1.60 of video perfect and problem start and says unbinding correct device is not supported ??

Sab kuch sahi dalne per, jab finish karte hai to incorrect ip address aa raha hai. Unbind nhi ho raha hai.
