You can tell that Frank has some very real firearms training during the firing demo. His posture, the fluidity with which he reloads, and most of all the Mozambique Technique, which is what he's doing when he fires twice into the chest and then adjusts to fire one more into the head. Top notch stuff, and I'd love to hear where you got your training from!

The ATF has taken that back, you can shoulder braces now! I encourage you to look up the full letter, but it basically states that "Use does not define intention", so shouldering the brace is okay.
