I go over 10 things that I wish I knew as a new Tesla owner when I first got my Tesla Model 3 over 2 years ago.

Some of these things are very simple, and some are a little more complex. However, they are all things that I wish someone told me when I got my Tesla. Even the simple things - like how to turn and off the car, how to lock it, and if the brakes come on if I don’t actually touch the brake pedal.

I hope this video is useful for you new and soon-to-be Tesla owners.

We just purchased a Model Y yesterday! It's a no-brainer, no interest for 60 months and $7, 500 on top of that. I have a 50-mile daily commute, so hopefully we see good return.

Model Y RWD SR owner here. Ours has LFP battery . Tesla suggests 100% charging at least once a week. Thank you..

I love it, especially the regenerative braking. I ordered a new Model 3 today but I am driving a 2023 Model 3 through Hertz. Best vehicle I've ever driven!

I will be picking up my new model 3 long range rear drive this week!! I am so excited. Though I am retired and both of my daughters and ex wife tell me not to buy it and that I don't need it this ISN'T about need....it's about want. I want to stop polluting the air we all breath and stop putting garbage in landfills like oil changes/filters and so on. I know it's not 100% good for the environment but it is MUCH better than my Texas truck. Anyways...I watch your channel and enjoy seeing you both interact with each other and the good information you provide. Keep making them...I'll keep watching. Can't wait to take my first trip! Peace.

New Tesla Model 3 owner here! Ireally like this car so far and got nothing but compliments since purchase. This vid definitely put me on to a few things. The regenerative breaks (inoticed) the custom display (was curious) and the secret door handle (totally unaware) appreciate the content!

From time to time, turn the regen to low and DO use the brakes! Brake pistons can seize and it will remove any rust on the surface of the MOT (uk) inspectors dont like rusty discs.

I don’t know if your accessories section is 100% accurate because my purchase came with carpet mats. I actually was gifted weather mats from a family member who had a second set erroneously shipped to them 😊.

I will say Tesla no longer gives 110 AC Volt chargers; you have to purchase them via the website and it roughly costs $230.

I hope It's safe, My daughter just bought a New Tesla yesterday, and she takes her kids to school in it.Her son laughed, and asked his mom, can he play computer games on it😄He's ten, his sisters 13, she likes getting dropped off in it..Told my granddaughter to watch how to drive it, so she'll be a safer driver at 16.😎

My uncle had 280k miles on his toyota camry hybrid he says he has never changed the brakes I laughed and thought he was absolutely lying till I started reading about regen braking

I had heard once or twice about 1 peddle driving, but didn't think about it. My previous hybrids had regenerative braking, but when I got in the Tesla I was shocked. The thing brakes hard when you get off the gas. I was curious about the brake lights though and hadn't actually checked myself yet. Good to know!

Also very glad you brought up the volume and sources thing, when I first got my Tesla I couldn't figure out why I was missing Spotify, and no one mentions why. I spent a lot of time on the internet searching for an answer to this.
