I show you do a hard reset (factory reset) on the Surf Onn Tablet Pro 2023 model. Remember with a factory reset you will lose all your photos, videos, personal docs, etc so if anything important then backup before the factory reset.

I have an ONN walmart tablet but its not exactly like the one in video! Mine is 2022 and its just regular tablet.
So its Thanksgiving yesterday & i cldnt have my tablet plugged in all day at my mothers. & Last night it was down to 9% charge. So i plugged it in to charge & turned power off button! Wake up 6am & turned on tablet and it says its in factory reset???!!! I guess, i think i must have accidentally did what you did in video? I dont think i touched volume key at same time?
Well the screen was moving fast! I didnt use volume key to select anything or reset!! It started making a loud alarm like sound! It said mic something when it was screeching! Finally got it to stop the noise but i kept tapping, touching or holding the power button and it was jumping ahead fast on screens. Finally i got it turned off! Power off while it was in a factory reset mode that i didnt do or want! I am hoping that stopped the factory reset and when i turn it back on it will be ok? I am guessing i will have to call ONN somehow and have them help and if it did wipe anything i truly hope i can get a tool to get things back? I want to cry! At my mothers still and house is asleep. This is awful!

i did a factory reset but the network settings did not erase. When I turn the unit on it says internet not available over the available wifi screen with the last wifi listed with a sign in prompt. in the left hand corner there is a locked padlock. Can you help me access the tablet?

Mine is stuck on the start page where you set it up. The vision setting is twitching though when I hit the start button. What is going on it’s a new tablet?

i keep getting data corrupted and having to reset my device like more than 5 times now, how do i fix this issue ?

I can never get the text words to show up on the screen. Do I need to be connected to the wifi to do this?

I've tried this countless times and not once do I see text appear. The screen goes black and then shows

"ONN.
Powered by Android"

Cuts back to black and then repeats showing the previous text. When I finally let go, it goes to a white screen with a blue loading circle that endlessly cycles and never stops.

No solution worked and had to return it for a replacement.
