So that's a box of low series (Gretzky on the front - cards 1-400) so no Young Guns cards in that box. You'd need high series (Messier on the front - includes cards 1-550) for those. High series also has the World Junior cards (Scott Niedermayer rookie).

There are "star rookie" cards that have value (e.g., Ed Balfour, CuJo), but most of those are worthless. Sadly, the holograms are pretty much worthless too

Other best cards in that box that aren't draft pick cards (e.g., Jagr, Nolan, Sundin) are Modano (RC not the Rookie Team card), Recchi, Roenick and Mogilny (saw you blow past at least two Mogilny's without noticing).

The Recchi card is notable because it's his rookie and he's a hall of famer. Roenick and Mogilny will likely be Hall of famers in the next few years.
